Return any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 14 days of the order delivery date will be issued refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 14 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns. 

Get your package ready to mail back to us. Add your items and tape your package securely. Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package. You’re all set! Just schedule a pickup or drop off at any authorized facility for the designated carrier on your shipping label.

Express Shipping : $14.95

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, tomboyglamour.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.  You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

An email will be sent with tracking information. To track your order, please click on the tracking link. You will then be able to view all of your order and shipping details. If you have an account, you can also view these details in your Order History.
